Jeju island cultural dance festival; which is an island just off of South Korea. I want to share that koreans dance and party hard... so right after this photo, i go and hit up the rooftop bachata party which is part of the event. There was only one flight of stairs to get to the roof, and it was at least 6 floors... while dancing up there it had started to rain, and rain hard. many asians were trying to get out of the rain... its a cultural thing... however there were many people that continue to dance in the rain, wet and steamy in every way you can imagine.. quite epic... the line to go down the stairs and exit was not moving even after an hour... in addition I could see the crowd on the street that were trying go up to the rooftop party...
